As I was looking over the days RSS feeds I came across a news story on Digg by a mother. I just had to think again about this whole business of blogging. Even this past weekend as I looked through the classified ads that Vanessa had saved for me there was an article that talked about the dangers of blogging and trying to get a job. While I wouldn’t consider my blog to contain much of anything that is questionable, I still wonder about it all. I wonder if I should be so willing to participate in something that has so many dangers? Does my very involvement promote the activity to the youth that I am in contact with each week? More About The Weekend…

So now my special someone is all the buzz with those that know me. Everyone wants to hear more about how things went, and what the scoop is. I even got asked did you get engaged. The answer to that is no. That is something that is in God’s hands and His timing. Whether He chooses to lead us to that or not I will consider myself blessed to have Vanessa in my life. So What’s My Problem?

In short, life, more specific, work. So as it grinds on even later in the evening I just felt I needed to get back to this things called blogging. So obviously the daily anecdotes of my life haven’t made their way to this space in cyber-space much. When life get’s crazy you have to take a hard look at what you are spending your time on. Trying to Keep Up…

OK, well I’m going to try to stay on top of at least something of a daily post. I think what is more realistic is a few weekly posts. I’d rather not even go into how my day went. It was one of those frustrating days when at every turn you wonder if it could get any worse, then it does. Once I got on the road and off to Fargo for the evening things started looking up. Start Out Another Week…

Well, as it would happen I’m actually getting another post in. My hope was to get back to posting daily. In a sense I sort of have been posting daily, it just happens that it hasn’t been on here. I’ve been posting daily devotional thoughts over at the Faith Shaping website. I do want to attempt to get regular weekly posts at the very least. This past weekend I had a nice visit from my parents. I invited them up for a weekend just to hang out. I was kind of hoping to give them a break from things back home too.
