Just A Short Test Run

Today, was a fitness level test run, 5 minute warm-up/cool down and 12 minutes of high intensity running. The intensity of these runs make it hard to think about much, though I still enjoyed the worship workout music. Sloshing Through A Wet Tuesday Long Run

Even though it had snowed the night before, it was a pretty wet run. When I got done my socks were soaked. One aspect of the slush that I don’t enjoy, besides the wet feet, is the buildup of ice that happens in my cleats and having to run with ice balls stuck to your feet. Better Together: Community On Mission

God wants us to share that Good News. But you’re not alone! God wants you to go on mission with other people. Philippians 1:27 says, “You are standing side by side with one strong purpose — to tell the Good News” (TLB). Better Together Devotional God calls us to the #mission of sharing the Good News, but He doesn’t require us to do it all by ourselves. God gives us #community to share in the mission. “Above all, you must live as citizens of heaven, conducting yourselves in a manner worthy of the Good News about Christ.
