Planning With Purpose For Clean Water And Training For A Race
Putting in a well in Africa takes planning, which is not unlike using a training plan for running with a race as the goal. In order for a well to be successfully drilled there is a lot of planning and preparing that needs to be done. Back At It After A Long Weekend Break
It was a little bit of a struggle starting out this morning after having a long weekend of no running. Felt better by the end of my run. Through one of the worship songs this morning I was prompted to pray specifically for the father’s of Sierra Leone. There are many women and children that have been abandoned because of cultural stigmatism. Unusual Running For A Wednesday
I waivered on whether to go out and run or break out the treadmill this morning. For me I figure if I’ve ran part of a marathon in a cold downpouring rain I can handle a 50 degree sprinkle for a free miles. In general I will always opt for the outdoors versus the treadmill. I found a new worship running album on Google Play Music this morning which I really enjoyed, and felt God had wanted me to hear that specific selection of songs this morning.
