Great HWI Group Run, And A Personal Best
Had a great HWI Team Daybreak Group Run this morning. I love our community, and I especially love running with someone else. Training on your own definitely takes a lot of discipline, and having these group runs make for a great motivator to keep going during the week. I’m hopeful that I can join a couple guys I’ve been running with during the week for some training runs. Oh, and to top things off I hit a Personal Best this morning for a 1 hour run. A Little Less Hair And A Little More Speed
This morning was a bonus #Endomondo training run day. According to the Endomondo marathon training plan I needed to do at least 5 days of running per week which meant adding Wednesdays as a running day instead of the #HWI training plan’s cross training day. I haven’t gone through to see how other things line up though I have my doubts much will actually line up. We’ll see what plan I end up following in the end. I spent some time thinking about, and praying for, the people in Sierra Leone, especially those that I encountered last year when I was there. Nearing The End Of The Marathon Training, Only One More To Go
2nd to the last marathon training run today. Since I took a break yesterday in order to get some extra rest I decided to stick with the #Endomondo plan which called for some speed work, well sort of. ? I spent the slower end of the run lifting many of my family up in prayer, in addition to those in Africa that are still waiting for access to clean water. Our world is full of both physical and spiritual needs.
