Another “Easy” Run With The New App And Training Plan
I’m starting to feel like I’m getting back into the groove of running again. The biggest thing for me is that I need to have a plan for running. Early mornings are really the best time for me to get a run in. In order for me to be motivated to get up early, and not stay in bed, I need to have a goal and a plan. Today is a challenging day for me. No matter what is placed before me I know that God will reveal when I need my heart changed.
Virtual 5K Group Run For Clean Water
Yesterday, was the #HWI annual 5K group run, though this year it was “virtual” since we can’t gather yet. It’s definitely not the same to just gather for a video call and then run on your own. Missing hearing the bells ring as I cross the finish line. Completing An Easy Monday Recovery Run
Got out and tackled a 5+ mile run. I was happy to see the sidewalk plows had been out which made for nicer running conditions compared to Saturday.
