As I headed off camping with the family this weekend I was choosing what to bring to keep my phone charged. When you are a tent camping family you only have so much room. Kicking Off A New Training Plan
After still not quite getting much in for running the last two weeks I decided to just start a new training plan. For me, I need the motivation of a plan.
