A bit later of a start this morning, a big change for me to actually run when there is daylight. It’s always interesting trying to get in enough miles running around my small hometown of Le Sueur, MN.
Stepping Up The Long Run Miles
On Saturday I was up at 4:15am to get my 11 miles in before family time. A Wet Thursday For Speed Work
Today was a speed work day, and so it goes with those my mind was pretty much totally focused on my run and hitting the target paces. I did still have the worship music going so I was at least still able to connect with God that way. First “Race” In The Books, Sort Of
Well race course didn’t get marked right so the 5k turned into a 2.2 mile. A lot of people not happy. I’m going to have to get some more miles in today.
