Taking A Break From Tech
So a few days ago a came across an article about a different app, for iOS, that had the intent on monitoring and setting up some boundaries when it comes to smartphone use. This app was one that had been previously reviewed, and recommended, for Android devices. I’m giving this a try, as I’m trying to do better with putting the technology aside and actually “being there” my family. The smartphone has it’s benefits, but like anything there needs to be a balance.
Starting Again With A New Plan, For Now

One More Thursday Morning 5 Mile Run Before The Final Tapering of Miles
Getting down to the end of the Thursday morning training runs, soon we’ll be tapering off as the #GRMarathon is only a few more weeks away. This morning we got so wrapped up in conversation that it seemed like the run was done before we knew it. First Frozen Beard Run of 2021

Fun Day At The Children’s Museum
A perk this March of being a member at the Grand Rapids Public Museum was being able to go to the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum for free. Haven’t taken the kids there in a long while. They had a blast and of course didn’t want to leave.
