New Year’s Eve 10K+
A bit later of a start this morning, a big change for me to actually run when there is daylight. It’s always interesting trying to get in enough miles running around my small hometown of Le Sueur, MN.
The Treadmill Saturday Long Run
Well the positive thing I can say is that with the treadmill you can keep a consistent pace. It was a good thing I put the TV on so I had something in view that was changing. It felt good to get it done. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
