We’re definitely into the hot #summer runs. I can’t imagine doing my #training run later in the day with this heat, especially not with lots of water. I thought 1 bottle was going to be enough this morning, boy was I wrong. Despite the heat I still had a good time focusing on prayer and listening to God.
