I met up with my running partner at the Riley Street Middle School this morning, and we tackled a new running route. Runner’s know you don’t want change up too much at once. When I look back just 3 years ago it’s hard to believe that I would be awake at 5:45am cooling down from a 4 mile run. Even in my high school days I wasn’t a morning person, not saying that I am a morning person now. I honestly owe a lot to my wife and #HWI for their part in giving me purpose in my runs.
