Running Miles For Wells And Worship
I had to drag myself out of bed this morning. It was literally a battle of wills been my mind and body. Once I got out the door and my feet began to move things felt good. It helped to have the worship music playing and reminding me the one of the reasons #WhyIRun is to have one of one time with God, sometimes just to listen for his still small voice. Working On A Slow Easy Recovery Run
This morning I worked hard to slow down and just enjoy the run. I did pretty well at making that happen. Nearing The End Of The Marathon Training, Only One More To Go
2nd to the last marathon training run today. Since I took a break yesterday in order to get some extra rest I decided to stick with the #Endomondo plan which called for some speed work, well sort of. ? I spent the slower end of the run lifting many of my family up in prayer, in addition to those in Africa that are still waiting for access to clean water. Our world is full of both physical and spiritual needs.
