This morning during my prayer and worship time I immediately thought of the #EnableTheChildren staff and kids and the impact that rainy season has on them. I also focused on the #WorldHope teams as they work on drilling new wells. Today the goal was to do the whole run at my anticipated marathon race pace, which I’m targeting a 9:30 min/mile. My pace was a bit too fast, but it was a much shorter run, and given I did a 25K(15.5 mile) race this spring at an 8:30 min/mile pace it’s reasonable to be at a little over 9. I’m…
