Working Hard To Make It Easy
This morning during my prayer and worship time I immediately thought of the #EnableTheChildren staff and kids and the impact that rainy season has on them. I also focused on the #WorldHope teams as they work on drilling new wells. Praying for safety and success as the teams work to put the wells in that the #HWI team raised money for. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon

Evening At The Park With The Family
Had a wonderful evening with the family at Rosewood Park. We didn’t know the splash pad was even running yet. We will have to come back another day to enjoy it. The kids were bummed but did take their shoes and socks off to play in the puddles. Michigan, United States of America

Keeping It Real On A Tuesday Morning
Took things down a notch from my Monday run. I was really supposed to be doing a 10 min/mi pace but sub-nine felt good so I just went with it. Might as well make the most of the good days. Right? #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun

Frozen Beard On The Final Stretch Of Training For The Groundhog Day Marathon
So as not to disappoint my fellow running mates, I got out there and got my Monday training run done complete with a frozen beard. Things were pretty good so long as I didn’t have to run into the wind. I picked my route so I could minimize running into the wind. I was pleasantly surprised by my overall average pace after finishing. I think Wednesday might be the most interesting final training run, we’ll see. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus
