Xanga Cross-Posting…

Ok, so I decided to see how I can keep the camp staffers aware that I’ve got new posts on my blog. Found a plugin that allows me to cross-post with my Xanga account. So now people can see what’s new either place. This should be pretty slick. I’ll be posting more later today.

Setting goals is fun and games. Going after them is another matter. Without perspiration to match your inspiration, your dream imagined will turn into a dream deferred. Chase The Lion Something that I’ve had a hard time with over the years is having clear goals to work towards. Even in my job it’s most often been a matter of just getting direction from others or meeting the immediate needs. This seems counter to my planner personality but it’s never been the short term, knowing what needs to get done, planning that has been my challenge. It’s never been a real priority for me to have goals and a plan for seeing those goals met. I think I’ve always had ideas that have come to mind…

Life’s Lows…

No worries, things are good I just seem to be suffering from some social withdrawal. That being said God is working on my patience, thank goodness. I’m fighting my mind daily, but it’s been those times God has given me the ability to just give it to Him. Something that is interesting, I’ve been have some interesting dreams. These dreams have been about the same general thing. It seems like these have been dreams that God has brought to mind to reveal something to me that I didn’t realize was there. Is God Leading Me…Well of Course

Hmm…so as I was just beginning to type this post I’m thinking once again. What is really ok to be sharing and what isn’t. I tend to be almost an open book with my life on here. Is this ok. My ultimate concern is how the people that read it might be effected, especially if it happens that I talk about them in my blog. The truth of the matter is I need to be extra careful about what I say about any, if at all. Talking about people on here is borderline gossip, actually it’s not much different. Wow, Shortest Post Ever…

Ok, so what a day. I wish I had the time to write all that I wanted, but off to bed I go, already late. Quick recap, woke up with a terrible cold (blah), great day at work, wonderful time at praise team practice (this is going to be a great group of youth to work with, we might even get good enough to lead on a Sunday), and well no new news from Apple. Another Good Day…But I’m Tired

Ok, I’m straining to keep my eyes open here. I’m going to have to make this a quick one if I can. I got up this morning only to find I was out of grits. Yeah you heard that right grits. I’ve gotten on this grits kick. It’s pretty much like Malto-Meal [edit (11-12-05): grr, look what happens when you’re half asleep and blogging. It shouldn’t have been Malto-Meal but Cream of Wheat] which I’ve like for as long as I can remember. So I snagged a leftover roll at work when I got there this morning.
